Course Contents
Spiritual and Physical Aspects
During the course, participants will delve into both the spiritual and physical aspects of yoga. A theoretical basis on the origins of yoga and its philosophies will be provided, in order to understand the practice not only as a set of postures, but as a path of personal and spiritual growth.
Practice of Postures and Sequences
The course will focus on the study of postures (asanas) and yoga sequences. Participants will learn how to create harmonious and personalized practices for their future students, considering the different needs and levels of experience. There will be a strong emphasis on the correct execution of postures, alignment and safety, to ensure effective and responsible teaching.
Breathing Techniques
Another key area of the course is the analysis of breathing techniques (pranayama). Participants will explore different breathing practices, understanding their impact on mental and physical well-being. Learning to manage the breath not only enhances the practice of yoga, but also helps reduce stress, increase awareness and promote inner balance.
Teaching Materials and Resources
During the training, handouts and teaching resources will be shared, which will help participants consolidate their knowledge and practice independently. These materials will serve as a useful reference for preparing lessons and for your own personal practice.
Final Evaluation
At the end of the course, a final evaluation is planned which includes:
Multiple Choice Exam: A theoretical test that will verify the understanding of the concepts learned during the course.
Practical Exam: Participants will have to perform a yoga sequence, accompanied by a written report. This part of the exam will allow them to demonstrate not only the mastery of the postures and techniques, but also the ability to teach and transmit the knowledge acquired in a clear and engaging way.
