With the Zenon Academy I have deepened yoga to deal with pathologies such as obesity, fibromyalgia and joint disorders, also using sound therapy. Certified in the STARK Body Flying method , I organize events and retreats in Italy and India, preserving the yogic tradition and Vedic culture thanks to the study of Sanskrit and frequent trips to India and Southeast Asia.

Professional profile
Agata Romeo
Thanks to the Yoga Master title obtained in London in 2010 at the Steiner Academy, my career began around the world, combining work opportunities and personal research, thanks to projects and collaborations in high-level international contexts, including the experience as wellness director for Canyon Ranch Spa Club & Resort. Today I collaborate with Adler Spa & Lodge Resort in the spectacular Torre Salsa nature reserve in Sicily.
After years of experience abroad, in 2018 I chose to return to Sicily to share the gift of yoga in places where this discipline was still little known. I obtained the title of CONI teacher trainer and obtained further recognition from Yoga Alliance . In addition to my university studies in Biological Sciences, I continued my search for a holistic approach by approaching the studies of Ayurvedic Medicine and graduating from the Navajeevan Ayurveda Medical School and Hospital in Trivandrum , Kerala, an Indian territory renowned for health care and prevention.
In addition to my yoga skills, I continue to enrich my training by exploring related disciplines that support an integrated approach to well-being. Through projects and collaborations, I am committed to promoting a conscious lifestyle in harmony with the needs of the person, combining ancient traditions and modern knowledge in an ever-evolving path.

What is Bindu?
Bindu in Sanskrit means point and it is certainly a word that in Vedic literature contains many meanings but the most beautiful and symbolic thing for me lies in the essence of the concept of the point, understood as a starting point, meeting point, arrival point, meeting point is a point like a drop that together with many drops creates the sea just as a set of points in geometry makes up a straight line and then a series of shapes.

Back to the Roots
When I returned to Sicily, it was like returning to a family embrace, a homecoming that brought with it a deep and personal mission. This place deserved to see its beauty shine in a new way. And so, driven by an authentic love for my land and a strong desire to share, I began to promote events that could bring people closer to their own well-being, to the culture and art that have their roots here.

Yoga as Connection
It was 2017 when I brought Yoga to the center of this vision, combining passion and commitment. Never before had the area seen a continuous proposal rather than an isolated event. Yoga has become a bridge, a space of connection to rediscover harmony, a tradition passed from hand to hand, to offer everyone the opportunity to reconnect with themselves and with others.

A Collective Awakening
Today my work continues to illuminate places of art and nature of outstanding beauty that are often forgotten, animating them with events that involve and inspire the community. My desire is to see people come together and rediscover the value of psychophysical well-being as an integral part of cultural and collective life. It is an awakening , an invitation to live fully and transform every encounter into an experience of growth and beauty, for the good of all and for a Sicily that vibrates with energy and life.
